“Today my cousins and I traveled to Cuenca with a Cuenqueando tour. From the punctual departure to the perfectly organized excursions, everything worked very well. Fernando the guide was very thoughtful, kind and knowledgeable and he made the whole trip a truly enjoyable and enriching experience. We visited first Ventano del Diablo, followed by Enchanted City and the last stop was Cuenca. All three places had their own charm and we enjoyed them all. The city of Cuenca was absolutely stunning. Juan the driver was also punctual and nice. The bus was spacious, clean and comfortable. The whole experience was excellent and I can recommend to everyone. Well done!Read more”

“Sergi is the best! This guy knows his stuff, told us all about the history of Cuenca - the tour was spaced really well - didn’t feel rushed , was nice to enjoy the different parts of the tour as well. Yes it’s a long day but I feel it was definitely worth it. Sergi does the best impressions with his stories about the town. Dude. LOVE THIS GUY!”

“This company is horrendous. Do not book unless you have time to waste. They told us we need 4 person for minimum to go on experience a month ago, then decided night before they want 6 person minimum. They confirmed 4 people 1 week ago, but then said it wasn’t enough for their money gaining purposes. We sent an screenshot of evidence showing 4 person minimum, they said they changed their policy that day and that they won’t accept. Options were to pay the difference of the extra people, switch to another tour that was worth less money to a different city and get no refund or change the date…”
