We had to address this after about 30 minutes of completely lackluster guiding . She tried to pivot to a children’s museum that you had to buy tickets for well in advance. She tried to get the kids engaged but having no experience w kids it was a fail. I blame this on Viator and not Eva as she seemed to have no idea it was supposed to be…”
